TRAK International
TRAK International was founded in April of 2008 as a new division of Harris Companies, with offices in St. Paul, Minnesota and Kelowna, British Columbia. TRAK International is continuing the growth of TRAK Canada, an award winning Engineering and Construction firm with over 18 years experience in designing and building some of the most energy efficient and sustainable HVAC systems in Canada.
Pioneering the design, installation and monitoring of high efficient renewable energy systems since 1989. TRAK has achieved recognition as a leader in this modern HVAC technology. TRAK's innovative commercial and institutional designs have won some of the most prestigious national awards for their energy effectiveness, including Canada's Energy Efficiency Award for New Buildings in 2000.
A key component of this success is TRAK's development of innovative GeoExchange (geothermal or ground source heating and cooling) designs.
TRAK International continues TRAK Canada's tradition in working with nature to create ongoing community benefits by using honorable, truthful and technically sound practices. TRAK International offers complete design/build Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Construction services to the entire North American market and beyond.
TRAK GeoExchange based systems borrow energy from nature and then return it in a renewable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly way. It creates a healthier living, learning and working environment for all of us through a process that makes economic sense." - Jeff Maxwell, President
